Welcome to Day 6 of 7 days to 7 figures where I show you behind the scenes of the monthly business manifestation routine that has helped me scale my practice to 7 figures in just 36 months.

Day 1 is when I set my financial intentions and use the Monthly Money Stacking Manifestation Visualization to lock them in.

Day 2 we start the process of removing any internal obstacles to these goals. Which usually come in the form of limiting beliefs.

On Day 3 I set my goals and then write down my daily aligned actions and use hypnosis to lock in my motivation.

Day 4 was about visualizing your financial success.

Day 5 you’ll select your favorite auto-suggestion and so that you can repeat it out loud every morning while you shower.

For Day 6 you’ll write down any external obstacles, create a plan to overcome them then use hypnosis to lock them in to create your future.

Overcoming external obstacles is an essential part of personal growth and achieving success. While each situation is unique, there are some key principles that can guide you in navigating and conquering these challenges.

Here are a few key strategies:

1st Key: You need to see obstacles as opportunities for learning and growth rather than insurmountable barriers. Embrace the belief that you have the ability to overcome challenges and find solutions.

2nd Key: Be persistent in your pursuit of overcoming obstacles. Understand that setbacks and difficulties are part of the journey. Develop resilience and the ability to bounce back from failures or setbacks. Learn from them, adjust your approach if necessary, and keep moving forward.

3rd Key: Breaking down obstacles into smaller, manageable tasks is a powerful strategy for overcoming challenges. By doing so, you create a roadmap that allows you to approach the obstacle systematically and alleviate feelings of overwhelm.

1.] Identify the obstacle

Clearly define and understand the obstacle you are facing. Take the time to analyze the situation, its root causes, and the specific challenges it presents. This awareness will help you develop a targeted plan of action.

2.] Define the end goal

Envision the desired outcome or resolution. What does success look like once the obstacle is overcome? Having a clear understanding of the end goal will guide your planning and keep you motivated throughout the process.

3.] Break it down

Divide the obstacle into smaller, manageable tasks or steps. Consider the specific actions, decisions, or skills needed to overcome each part of the obstacle. Aim for tasks that are actionable and within your control.

4.] Prioritize tasks

Arrange the tasks in order of importance or logical sequence. Determine which tasks are dependent on others or have a higher impact on the overall progress. This prioritization helps you focus on the most crucial aspects and ensures a structured approach.

5.]Set deadlines

Assign realistic deadlines to each task or step. Setting deadlines creates a sense of urgency and helps you stay accountable to your progress. Be mindful of setting achievable timelines to avoid unnecessary pressure or frustration.

6.] Take action

Start working on the first task or step immediately. Begin with the one that feels most manageable or essential. By taking action, you build momentum and gain a sense of accomplishment, which fuels your motivation to continue.

7.] Track progress

Regularly assess and track your progress as you complete each task. Celebrate small victories along the way, as they provide encouragement and reinforce your confidence in overcoming the obstacle.

8.] Adjust and adapt

Throughout the process, be open to adjusting your plan as needed. New insights or challenges may arise, requiring modifications to your approach. Stay flexible and willing to adapt to ensure your roadmap remains relevant and effective.

By breaking down the obstacle into smaller tasks and approaching them systematically, you can maintain focus, manage overwhelm, and steadily make progress toward overcoming the challenge.

4th Key: Focusing on what you can control is a powerful strategy for overcoming obstacles and maintaining a sense of empowerment. By directing your energy and efforts toward the aspects within your control, you can take proactive steps to make progress and build momentum. Here's how you can implement this approach:

1.] Identify what you can control

Take a step back and assess the situation. Determine which aspects of the obstacle are within your sphere of influence. While there may be external factors beyond your control, there are often internal factors and actions that you can manage.

2.] Accept what you can't control

Recognize that there are elements of the obstacle that are beyond your influence. It's important to accept these factors and let go of trying to change them. Direct your focus toward what you can influence instead.

3.] Prioritize your efforts

Once you've identified the controllable aspects, prioritize them based on their significance and potential impact. This helps you allocate your time, energy, and resources effectively, maximizing your chances of success.

4.] Take proactive steps

Develop an action plan and take proactive steps in the areas you can control. Break down the tasks and actions needed to address each controllable aspect of the obstacle. By taking initiative and moving forward, you regain a sense of empowerment and agency.

5.] Adapt your mindset

Adopt a mindset of proactivity and resilience. Instead of dwelling on what you can't control, shift your focus to finding solutions, seeking opportunities, and learning from setbacks. Embrace the belief that you have the ability to influence your circumstances through your actions and choices.

6.] Seek support when needed

While you can't control everything, you can seek support and guidance when faced with challenges. Reach out to trusted individuals who can offer advice, perspective, or assistance. Collaborating with others can enhance your problem-solving capabilities and provide additional resources.

7.] Practice self-care

Taking care of your physical, mental, and emotional well-being is essential. Engage in activities that reduce stress, promote relaxation, and recharge your energy. Self-care helps you maintain a clear mind, resilience, and the capacity to handle obstacles effectively.

8.] Reflect and learn

Regularly reflect on your progress and the lessons learned from your experiences. Embrace a growth mindset, viewing obstacles as opportunities for learning and personal development. Each step forward, whether successful or not, provides valuable insights for future challenges.

Key 5: Stay adaptable and flexible in your approach. Sometimes, obstacles require a shift in strategy or a different perspective. Be willing to adapt your plans, change course if necessary, and explore alternative solutions.

Key 6: Expand your knowledge and seek out resources that can help you overcome the obstacle. This might involve acquiring new skills, seeking expert advice, or utilizing technology or tools that can assist you. Take advantage of available resources to empower yourself in finding solutions.

By focusing on what you can control and taking proactive steps, you maintain a sense of empowerment and forward momentum. Remember, while you may not have control over every external factor, you possess the ability to shape your responses and actions.

Cultivate a proactive mindset, embrace challenges, and channel your energy into the areas where you have the greatest influence.
