Shift your perspective on death. Death is hard on living but for the dead, it means the end of suffering or the end of this experience. If there’s no afterlife, then you’ll never miss it, since you’ll never experience anything after. Being aware of this fact makes death seem a bit less threatening.
Once you overcome your fear of dying you overcome the biggest fear of all.
