This dissociation is actually a form of Self Hypnosis. Yeah, I learned that in grad school but actually break it down for my students in my hypnotherapy certification that I run in March and October. If you're interested in becoming certified definitely reach out, but for today you are going to learn how to use self-hypnosis to heal yourself.

 

Hypnotherapy is completely different from meditation visualization, but combining them is very powerful, but meditation helps you focus on your present and deal with your current stress.
