CODE OF CONDUCT

As the fifth group of FWRD Youniversity trainees, you are knowingly contributing to building our curriculum.

You agree to be patient and communicate your needs directly with our team.  

You agree to the boundaries set by Juliet and will not attempt to overstep them.

You'll do your best to attend any live and required meeting to ensure you meet certification requirements.

You agree to dedicate the recommended time each week to complete your course work and remain at cause for your success.

COACHING AGREEMENT

This Coaching Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between ("Client") and FWRD Startup Solutions ("Company"). By enrolling in the FWRD Youniversity Certification (the "Program"), Client agrees to the following terms:

Services

1. (a) Description: The Program includes coaching services provided by Company to support Client in achieving their desired outcomes and goals. The specific details of the services, including program duration, session frequency, and content, will be outlined in the Program materials provided to Client.

(b) Modifications: Company may modify the Program, including the content, format, and materials, at its sole discretion, provided that such modifications do not materially diminish the value of the services provided to Client.

Fees and Payment

1. (a) Program Fees: Client agrees to pay the fees associated with the Program as outlined on the fwrdinstitute.com website or as communicated by Company. The fees cover the cost of participating in the Program and accessing the Program materials.

(b) Payment Plan: Client may choose to pay the Program fees in installments according to the payment plan options offered by Company. The payment plan details, including the number of installments and the amount of each installment, will be communicated to Client at the time of enrollment.

(c) Payment Authorization: By enrolling in the Program, Client authorizes Company to charge the provided payment method for the agreed-upon fees in accordance with the chosen payment plan. Client acknowledges and agrees that failure to make timely payments may result in restricted access to the Program or termination of participation, at Company's discretion.

Term and Termination

1. (a) Program Duration: The Program duration will be outlined in the Program materials. The Program will continue until completion, unless terminated earlier as provided in this Agreement.

(b) Termination by Client: Client may request to terminate their participation in the Program by providing written notice to Company. Client understands that termination does not entitle them to a refund of any fees paid.

(c) Termination by Company: Company reserves the right to terminate Client's participation in the Program for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of program guidelines, abusive behavior, or non-compliance with the terms of this Agreement. In such cases, Client will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

Confidentiality

1. (a) Client Confidentiality: Company agrees to keep confidential all information shared by Client during the Program, including personal and sensitive information, unless required by law or authorized by Client in writing.

(b) Company Confidentiality: Client agrees to keep confidential all proprietary information, materials, and content shared by Company during the Program and to not disclose or distribute such information to third parties without the prior written consent of Company.

Limitation of Liability

1. (a) Client acknowledges that the success of the Program is dependent on their own actions, efforts, and commitment. Company does not guarantee specific results or outcomes and shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from Client's participation in the Program.

Independent Contractors

1. (a) Relationship: The Parties acknowledge that Company is an independent contractor and that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the Parties.

Copyright and Non-Resale

1. (a) Ownership: All materials provided by Company as part of the Program, including written, audio, or visual content, are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of FWRD Startup Solutions. Client agrees that they will not reproduce, distribute, or resell any Program materials without the prior written consent of Company.

No Refunds

1. (a) Client acknowledges and agrees that all fees paid for the Program are non-refundable. Client understands that there are no refunds or credits for any unused portions of the Program or for any circumstances that may result in early termination of their participation.

Entire Agreement and Modification

1. (a) This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements, written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
