By accessing the FWRD Institute website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use or access the site.
Definitions
"You" refers to the user of the site. "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to FWRD Startup Solutions, Inc. and all associated or subsidiary websites operating under FWRD Institute. "Site" refers to fwrdinstitute.com and all associated FWRD Institute websites. "Content" refers to all information, materials, programs, and services available through the site. "Service" refers to the website and all offerings made available through it.
Acknowledgment
These Terms govern your use of our Service and the agreement between you and FWRD Startup Solutions, Inc. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. FWRD Institute does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for any digital products, live events, programs, or purchases of any kind.
This includes but is not limited to: private hypnotherapy sessions, Brain Trainings, Live Group Hypnosis Events, and Master Your Youniverse — whether paid in full or via payment plan.
Refunds may only be considered in cases where a charge resulted from a verified system error or technical difficulty that prevented a member from canceling prior to an upcoming charge. Authorization of any refund is solely at the discretion of FWRD Startup Solutions, Inc.
If approved, the refund process may take 30 days or more. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method or mailed as a check to the billing name and address on file. PayPal orders will be credited back to the original PayPal account. International orders will be refunded to the original credit card.
FWRD Startup Solutions, Inc. does not accept personal checks as a method of payment.

Payment Plan Agreements
By purchasing a product under a payment plan, you authorize FWRD Startup Solutions, Inc. to charge the agreed installments to your credit card. You understand and agree that these payments are non-refundable and that you will not dispute any charge with your bank or payment processor under any circumstance.
You agree to submit monthly payments for a minimum of 3 months from the date of your initial purchase.
In the event of default, you accept liability for all costs incurred by FWRD Startup Solutions, Inc. in recovery efforts, including but not limited to letters before action, debt collection fees, interest, and a late payment fee of $60.00 per invoice. A default in payment will result in suspension of your access to the program until your account is brought current.
Access and Delivery
You will have access to all program content, materials, and services for 5 years from the date of purchase. There is no lifetime access.
Audio downloads are delivered immediately via email following purchase. You may also access downloads by logging into the My Downloads section of your account. If you did not receive your download, please email [email protected].
Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content available through the FWRD Institute website and its associated programs — including but not limited to text, audio, video, graphics, images, course materials, downloadable files, and any other media — is the sole and exclusive intellectual property of FWRD Startup Solutions, Inc. or its licensed contributors, and is protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own individual, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership.
You may not, under any circumstance, copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, upload, post, transmit, resell, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content obtained through FWRD Institute — in whole or in part — without prior written authorization from FWRD Startup Solutions, Inc.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property constitutes a violation of applicable law and may result in immediate termination of your account, legal action, or both. FWRD Startup Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to pursue all available remedies to the fullest extent of the law.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.
User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your password with any third party. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use a username that infringes on the rights of another person, is deceptive, offensive, vulgar, or obscene.
Placing Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Affinity Card, and PayPal. All purchases are subject to card validation and authorization.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Prices and Availability
We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time prior to accepting an order. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any product information at any time.

Our total liability to you under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question, or $100 USD if no purchase was made.
