We're taking a slower and more intentional direction in 2023. We had to ask ourselves "What's the rush?". When did healing become a race? Why does it suddenly feel like a competition vs a journey? In order to see true and lasting change give yourself a minimum of 52 weeks.

1:1 sessions will consist of 3 parts: Releasing, Rewiring, & Regulation. This will be supported by follow-up conscious strategies, custom hypnosis & neural activation audios, and next steps to move you closer to your revenue goals. 1:1 clients also gain access to our GYST MIllion-dollar Accelerator program.
